Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture new and existing client relationships

  • Proactively generate and book market appraisals

  • Register potential buyers and arrange property viewings

  • Conduct professional and informative property viewings

  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to vendors

  • Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors/landlords

  • Cross-sell financial services including mortgage and conveyancing

  • Support sales progression and wider team initiatives

  • Actively contribute to business development and growth

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • A proven and successful track record in residential property sales

  • A strong drive to succeed and a target-driven mindset

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • The ability to close deals confidently and effectively

  • A polished, professional, and approachable demeanour

  • A valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
