I’m working with a global manufacturing business that is looking for an experienced Supply Chain & Demand Co-ordinator to join them on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across the full supply chain process.Key responsibilities:
  • Managing international order fulfilment from ERP entry through to dispatch and invoicing
  • Monitoring open orders and collaborating with internal departments, subcontractors, and customers to ensure OTIF performance
  • Collating forecasts, managing production schedules, and feeding into the S&OP process
  • Driving inventory optimisation and reducing excess or obsolete stock
  • Maintaining accuracy within ERP systems and promoting process compliance
  • Supporting ongoing improvement projects across the wider supply chain
  • Liaising with global stakeholders and supporting distribution improvements
Ideal candidate:
  • Experience in a supply chain or logistics role within a manufacturing environment
  • Proficient in ERP systems and confident analysing data in Excel
  • A clear and confident communicator who works well across departments and time zones
  • Process-focused with a proactive approach to identifying and solving challenges
  • Comfortable with occasional international travel if required
