We are recruiting a Service Coordinator for our client, a family-run organisation led by two hands-on, people-focused leaders who are passionate about developing their team and driving growth. They’re looking for someone who will take ownership of the role and become a key part of the team.
Location - Newport Pagnell
Hours - Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
Salary £28,000
Service Coordinator main responsibilities:-
- Responsible for planning and scheduling of the Engineers to customer sites
- Organising travel arrangements, tools and equipment for engineers
- Main point of contact for Customers regarding all service queries - via email and phone
- Process orders for service work including raising invoices
What you need for the Service Coordinator role:-
- Admin/Coordinator experience
- Solution finder
- Hand on team player
