Due to continued growth our well-established client has a vacancy for a Senior Administrator/PA to support the business. They provide professional services to a wide variety of businesses requiring all aspects of financial support. The role is full time, 8.30am to 5pm, or 8am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday and is office based.

The role

  • Daily review, management and where appropriate action of the main business emails (responding to clients, updating the Managing Partner, filing etc).
  • Assistance with billing, checking invoices, raising invoices, reviewing client 'work in progress’.
  • Some chasing of client debts.
  • Diary management - booking meetings.
  • Planning work plan, managing deadlines and instructing staff - this will be primarily under guidance, but some initiative would be helpful.
  • Helping with ICAEW and audit compliance - arranging dates, making sure forms have been completed and checked.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Capable of managing own workload and meeting deadlines
