Project Administrator Temporary to Permanent £25,000 per annum Full-Time Monday to Friday - Fully Office Based Near Newport Pagnell (Car Driver)
My client is looking for a full-time Project Administrator to join their Business Operations Team on a temporary to permanent basis. Business Operations play a critical role in supporting the smooth running of projects. As a Project Administrator you will be ensuring accurate documentation, liaising between Project Managers and the Scheduling Team, managing installations, and coordinating logistics. You will also provide secondary sales support when required, assisting with administrative tasks related to order processing and customer enquiries.
Project Administrator Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure completed project paperwork is received, checked, and uploaded into the electronic customer service system.
- Arrange for product deliveries to customer sites in advance of installations.
- Work closely with the Scheduling Team to assign installation slots and coordinate with Project Managers.
- Create new projects, ensuring all relevant documents are uploaded and ready for assignment.
- Receive and process access control readers and cards, passing them to Traka Technology where necessary.
- Act as a point of contact for both Project Managers and customers, handling queries related to ongoing projects.
- Ensure that all Project related visits are tracked and invoiced in a timely manner.
- Liaise with third-party suppliers and contractors to coordinate resources for project installations, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project schedules.
- Send out weekly and monthly reports to different business areas to provide project updates.
- Support general project-related administrative tasks as required by the manager.
- Act as a central point of contact for administrative queries related to projects and sales.
- Manage emails, calls, and document filing efficiently.
- Assist with room setups for meetings, ensuring all necessary equipment, materials, and seating arrangements are prepared in advance.
- Support internal reporting, data entry, and process improvement initiatives.
Project Administrator Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a project administration or central support role is essential.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams and customers.
