We are looking for a high calibre Financial Controller to join a PE backed business with exciting growth prospects. You will be a strong technical accountant with excellent commercial acumen.

This is a new role to the finance team to help with the anticipated business growth in the next few years.

The Head Office is based in South Wales but the business operates in many countries.

The role is hybrid working.

Essential

Qualified accountant (ACA,ACCA,CIMA) - strong education (Degree level) - min 5 years qualified experience.

Manufacturing experience

International - Group consolidation experience

SME experience

Strong technical accountant

Intelligence and pragmatism - problem solving (international complexities)

Personality - likeable, genuine, trustworthy, professional, positive energy.
