What You Will Do:

  • Design components and systems for advanced vehicle platforms, ensuring they meet global standards and regulations.
  • Transform design concepts into prototypes, followed by validation and preparation for mass production.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to manage prototype manufacturing and ensure timely delivery of high-quality components.
  • Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) to support project development.
  • Actively participate in hands-on workshop activities, bringing designs to life and solving practical engineering challenges.
  • Ensure all projects meet cost, timing, and quality objectives while adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies.


What You Will Bring:

  • Proven experience in 3D CAD design and familiarity with PLM systems.
  • A background in off-highway, agricultural vehicle design or vehicle design, with expertise in areas such as operator enclosures, hydraulic systems, cooling systems or electrification.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders worldwide.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for turning innovative ideas into reality.
