Architectural Technologist

We're working with a respected, RIBA-chartered architectural practice that is looking to expand its team with an experienced Architectural Technologist based in or near Newport. This award-winning firm is recognised for its sustainable, client-focused approach and has built a strong reputation across the residential, healthcare, education and commercial sectors.

The Role:

  • Support and lead project delivery through all RIBA stages
  • Produce and coordinate detailed technical drawing packages
  • Liaise with residential clients, contractors and consultants
  • Ensure technical compliance and project delivery to deadlines and budgets
  • Contribute to sustainable design and technical detailing
  • Prepare construction documentation, specifications and schedules

Requirements:

  • HNC/HND or a degree in Architectural Technology
  • CIAT membership desirable
  • Proven experience delivering UK residential projects
  • Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and technical standards
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Proficient in Revit
  • Based within commuting distance of Newport
