Are you a highly organised individual with a passion for customer service and contract management? We're looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients while supporting the smooth administration of contracts from start to finish.



Your Mission

To follow established procedures and coordinate the delivery of contracts from inception, ensuring production activity meets forecasting requirements and is delivered to the highest Environmental, Health and Safety standards.



Key Relationships

You'll work closely with:

  • Contracts Manager & Coordinator
  • Customers, Clients & Site Engineers
  • Production, Transport & Credit Control Teams
  • Quality & Complaints Teams
  • External Buyers






Key Responsibilities

Customer & Contract Management

  • Liaise with Existing and New customers to understand requirements
  • Build and maintain strong site/customer relationships
  • Gather forecasts and delivery schedules
  • Document and communicate customer needs internally
  • Visit customer sites when necessary

Sales Administration

  • Manage customer schedules and input into planning systems
  • Monitor delivery progress and coordinate with production
  • Identify upselling opportunities and refer leads to sales specialists
  • Schedule additional product requirements

Complaint Handling & Resolution

  • Proactively identify and prevent potential issues
  • Log and respond to complaints using CRM
  • Analyse complaint trends and escalate where needed

Contract & Data Administration

  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Generate credit notes and manage contract documentation
  • Support reporting and performance tracking


Technical Skills Required

  • Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • CRM systems
  • SAP
  • Success Factors
