What You'll Be Doing
As our Business Development Manager, you won’t just be part of the sales process - you’ll lead it. You'll take full ownership of identifying, pursuing, and closing new Air & Ocean Import & Export business opportunities across the UK and internationally.
You will:
- Generate and convert leads into new revenue streams
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline in line with targets
- Develop tailored freight solutions for clients, working closely with our operations team
- Deliver exceptional service throughout the sales cycle to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Be a trusted advisor, bringing industry insight and commercial awareness to every interaction
