Hours - Monday - Friday 40 hours per week (08:00 - 17:30, rota-based)

About the Role
As Health & Safety Manager, you'll be the go-to person for all matters relating to workplace safety, reporting directly to the General Manager. You'll drive continuous improvement by:
Developing and implementing health & safety policies and procedures
Carrying out audits, inspections, and risk assessments
Delivering training and coaching to staff at all levels
Investigating and reporting on incidents and accidents
Working closely with department heads to ensure compliance and a strong safety culture.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
3+ years of recent, relevant experience in Health & Safety management
NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) - essential
NEBOSH National Fire Certificate in Fire Safety & Fire Safety Management
COSHH training and practical application experience
Proven expertise in fire risk assessments and incident investigations
Strong track record of advising managers, implementing policies, and leading training sessions
Up-to-date knowledge of Health & Safety legislation
