  • Shipping and invoicing all orders, ensuring that the correct documentation is in place
  • Maintaining accurate and up to date paperwork and electronic files of all orders and deliveries including freight costs, ensuring each delivery can be traced back to the original order

  • General reception and administration duties
Customer Service Representative  Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Experience using SAP
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Excel and SAP
  • Previous experience working within a customer service / customer-facing position
  • Knowledge and understanding of import and export procedures, shipping and transport documentation
