- Undertake all sales office administrative functions and maintain effective communications with the sales team and customers
- Preparing quotations
- Raising production orders
- Shipping and invoicing all orders, ensuring that the correct documentation is in place
- Maintaining accurate and up to date paperwork and electronic files of all orders and deliveries including freight costs, ensuring each delivery can be traced back to the original order
- Maintaining accurate and up to date paperwork and electronic files of all imports and exports
- General reception and administration duties
- Experience using SAP
- Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Excel and SAP
- Previous experience working within a customer service / customer-facing position
- Knowledge and understanding of import and export procedures, shipping and transport documentation
