We hiring a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join a team of experienced advisors. This role involves front-line customer interactions primarily over the phone, along with administrative and postal responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and be familiar with systems mapping and GIS.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints over the phone, providing timely and accurate assistance.
  • Perform administrative duties including data entry and managing customer records.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and handle postal responsibilities efficiently.
  • Utilise GIS and systems mapping tools to assist in providing accurate information to customers.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company positively.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed service goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, handling phone-based inquiries.
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with postal duties and mail handling.
