Role & Responsibilities: o Responsible for the implementation and delivery of the design and validation plan for all new products. o Provide technical support for a wide customer base and to internal project engineers. o Undertake Test rig data acquisition and conduct Product Characterisation. o Analyse Part Tear down and creating reports, including competitor benchmarking. o Drive Blue Sky / Product development activities in accordance with innovation targets. o Occasionally travel to customer sites. Knowledge, Skills & Experience: o Degree Qualified in Automotive, Motorsport, Mechanical Engineering or similaro Strong technical and problem solving capability with a desire to work in a hands-on environment o Analytical with a "thinking outside the box" mindset.
