Key Responsibilities
As a CACHE Level 3 Childcare Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support the lead teacher in planning and delivering engaging activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Provide one-on-one or group support to children, fostering their cognitive, emotional, and social development.
Create a nurturing and safe environment for children to explore and learn.
Monitor and record childrens progress, communicating effectively with parents and carers.
Assist with daily routines, including meal times, naptimes, and outdoor play.
Uphold safeguarding policies and ensure the wellbeing of all children in your care.
