My client, a leading company in the electronics manufacturing sector, has an exciting opportunity for a Programme Coordinator to support the coordination of projects. The successful candidate will possess strong customer service and administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and good commercial awareness. Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key liaison between the company and our customers, ensuring a high level of service and communication.
  • Support Programme Managers in coordinating project activities, schedules, and progress tracking.
  • Work cross-functionally within a matrix organisation to ensure customer orders are planned, manufactured, and dispatched on time.
  • Maintain and report the status of the open order book, with input from internal operations and manufacturing teams.
  • Represent Programme Managers in both internal and customer-facing meetings, as required.
  • Assist in the development and growth of assigned accounts in partnership with Programme Managers and the Sales team.
  • Set and manage the sales plan for allocated accounts, including order loading, forecasting, and scheduling.
  • Manage RMAs and out-of-warranty repairs, ensuring turnaround times (TAT) are met.
  • Coordinate and report Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) within the MRP system.
  • Manage Requests for Information (RFIs) for customers as needed.

Experience and Skills:

  • 5 years of admin in manufacturing or a directly related field.
  • Direct customer interaction experience
  • Understanding of systems such as ERP and CRM (Salesforce).
