Key responsibilities
As Assistant manager, you'll be central to the success of a busy, high-profile site, including:
- Supporting the day-to-day running of a large seasonal operation
- Leading and motivating teams in a venue delivering up to 600 covers per service during the peak summer season
- Driving exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
- Managing staff training, rotas, and performance
- Maintaining high standards across food and beverage delivery
- Ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
