The Role:
As a Commercial Account Handler, you’ll be an integral part of a high-performing team, managing a diverse client portfolio, including a focus on farming and agricultural businesses. You’ll:
- Build strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored insurance solutions
- Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business enquiries with precision and confidence
- Develop technical expertise in commercial insurance while working with experienced professionals
- Cultivate solid connections with underwriters to negotiate the best outcomes for clients
You will thrive in this role if you:
- Have a strong foundation in commercial insurance, particularly in property, liability, motor, and business interruption
- Can engage confidently with clients, think on your feet, and solve problems effectively
- Demonstrate a proactive, self-motivated approach to managing a busy workload
- Have experience in or an interest in agricultural or farming industries (a rural background or familiarity with farming is a bonus)
