Description
- Leading the Accounting & Finance department to ensure all financial operations run smoothly
- Developing and implementing financial strategies in alignment with the company's goals
- Overseeing financial reports and budgeting
- Ensuring compliance with financial laws and regulations
- Analysing financial data and presenting financial forecasts
- Communicating financial performance and forecasts to the Board of Directors
- Collaborating with other department heads to streamline operations
- Identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
Profile
A successful Head of Finance should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- Chartered Accountant status or equivalent
- Proficient knowledge of financial planning and strategy
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and forecasting abilities
- Familiarity with financial software
- Extensive experience in Manufacturing, preferably FMCG.
Job Offer
