Role Overview:

As a Service Executive, you will:

  • Handle customer and partner communications, assisting with online application journeys.* Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.* Resolve customer queries across multiple communication channels, ensuring high satisfaction.* Maintain accurate agreement records within our bespoke administration system.* Follow company processes, procedures, and regulatory requirements.* Deliver outstanding service to both external customers and internal stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

  • Customer Service Experience - Ideally in finance, technology, or business solutions.* Strong Communication Skills - The ability to influence and support customers effectively.* Problem-Solving Mindset - A proactive, innovative approach to service excellence.* Attention to Detail - Ability to prioritise tasks without compromising quality.* Team Player Mentality - A collaborative and supportive attitude.* Ambition to Grow - A desire to develop within a dynamic and evolving company.

Key Details:

Shifts: 4 x 9-hour shifts between:* Monday - Saturday: 8 AM - 8 PM* Sunday: 10 AM - 6 PM
