Maintenance Person / Handyman
Pay:12.21
Ideal start: 9th June
Location: Newport
A recognised Newport business is looking for a Maintenance / Handyperson to join their team immediately, on a temporary basis for an initial 12 week period.
The duties are varied and will include:
Respond promptly to reports of property or facility issues, following safety procedures
Perform repairs to rooms and facilities
Update maintenance reports
Handle basic plumbing and maintenance repairs (such as doors, hinges, basic electrics)
Monitor and manage water chemical levels in boilers and take meter readings
This opportunity offers full-time hours on a shift basis, with alternate weeks.Week 1: Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm.
- Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 11.30pm to 8pm, Saturday and Sunday 8am to 4.30pm.
