Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to join a new children's residential service that provides a safe, nurturing environment for children and young people with complex needs.



What You'll Do

  • Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home.
  • Lead and motivate a team to deliver high-quality care and positive outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with CIW regulations and safeguarding standards.
  • Contribute to care planning and risk assessments.
  • Promote a culture of respect, empowerment, and development for both staff and residents.


What We're Looking For

  • Experience in a children's residential setting (essential).
  • NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People (or equivalent) - Level 5 desirable.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of CIW standards and safeguarding procedures.
