ABOUT YOU
- 1-5 years PQE in general litigation or a mix of the areas mentioned below.
- Experience attending court is preferred but not essential.
- Confident managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, organised approach.
- A team player with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to the wider team's success.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a broad caseload of civil / commercial litigation matters, which will vary depending on your experience, including:
- Debt recovery
- Wills & probate disputes
- Professional negligence
- Property and boundary disputes
- Contract disputes
- Landlord & tenant matters
- General commercial litigation
- Employment disputes
- Personal injury
- Advise a wide range of clients including individuals, SMEs, and larger commercial entities.
- Work collaboratively with a knowledgeable team, sharing insight and contributing to strategic case planning.
- Provide clear, practical, and commercially-focused legal advice.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and service delivery.
