ABOUT YOU

  • 1-5 years PQE in general litigation or a mix of the areas mentioned below.
  • Experience attending court is preferred but not essential.
  • Confident managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, organised approach.
  • A team player with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to the wider team's success.
  • Excellent communication and client care skills.



RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage a broad caseload of civil / commercial litigation matters, which will vary depending on your experience, including:
  1. Debt recovery
  2. Wills & probate disputes
  3. Professional negligence
  4. Property and boundary disputes
  5. Contract disputes
  6. Landlord & tenant matters
  7. General commercial litigation
  8. Employment disputes
  9. Personal injury



  • Advise a wide range of clients including individuals, SMEs, and larger commercial entities.
  • Work collaboratively with a knowledgeable team, sharing insight and contributing to strategic case planning.
  • Provide clear, practical, and commercially-focused legal advice.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and service delivery.
