Newly Qualified Solicitor Property (Residential, Commercial & Agricultural)
Location: Newport | Legal 500 Firm | Full-Time | Hybrid Potential

TSR Legal are pleased to be working in partnership with a highly respected, multi-disciplinary law firm based in Newport, offering a rare and exciting opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor or final-seat trainee to join their specialist Real Estate team.

This is not your typical property law role.

Whether your background is in residential or commercial property, this role offers the chance to broaden your expertise into agricultural and rural property workan increasingly sought-after niche area. What youll be doing:

  • Running your own caseload (with support) including sales, purchases, refinances, transfers of part/equity, leases, and easements

  • Supporting senior lawyers on more complex property transactions

  • Working closely with clients and maintaining excellent standards of service and care

  • Contributing to business development and cross-referrals across departments

  • Supervising or delegating to junior team members or paralegals where appropriate

  • A Newly Qualified Solicitor (or trainee due to qualify in the next few months)

  • Experience in either residential or commercial conveyancing
