Location: Exeter
Hours: 48 hours per week, night shifts. Overtime is also available in addition to contracted hours.
Salary: Up to £48,000

About the Company
My client provides nationwide traffic management services, ensuring the safety of both road users and workers during roadworks. From road closures and diversions to traffic lights and safety barriers, they deliver comprehensive schemes designed to keep people safe.
Working in partnership with suppliers and customers, the business consults, plans, designs, and implements traffic solutions, with a focus on innovation, safety, and reducing carbon emissions.

The Role - Traffic Management Supervisor
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering safe and effective traffic management solutions. Responsibilities include:
·Driving an IPV vehicle.
·Completing traffic counts, client and subcontractor communications, timings, and near miss reports.
·Providing guidance and support to new trainees.

Candidate Requirements
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
·12a Traffic Management Foreman qualification.
·IPV qualification.
·HGV licence.
·Knowledge of Chapter 8 regulations.
·Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points (any bans must have expired at least 5 years ago).
·Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening (offer contingent upon results).
·Positive, flexible, and detail-focused mindset.
