Role Specifics: The Warehouse and Office Co-ordinator will be the sole person responsible for managing the warehouse. This role is pivotal to ensuring smooth operations, from receiving and storing goods to handling customer service and logistics. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage incoming shipments and ensure proper storage.
  • Maintain a tidy and systematically organised warehouse.
  • Regularly perform inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Accurately register and handle customer orders and returns.
  • Pick and pack orders with precision and care.
  • Prepare and distribute necessary documentation and invoices to customers.
  • Professionally handle phone interactions with suppliers and customers.
  • Organise the transportation of goods from our warehouse to customers.
  • Perform various day-to-day tasks to support warehouse operations.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • 3-5 years of warehouse experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be enthusiastic and have a proven driven attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Good attention to detail.
