Our client is a privately owned storage company with sites across the Midlands, South West England and South Wales. It is looking to hire a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to carry out ongoing minor repairs to 16 sites. You will be based close the Newport HQ.
As the multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer, you must have a proven track record of carrying out planned and reactive maintenance within the commercial / industrial built environment. You will be responsible for but not limited to electrical, plumbing, cladding, basic carpentry and other related building services.
Ideally you will be qualified electrically to City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent. IPAF is also desirable, our client can put you on the relevant training. You must also hold a full UK drivers licence.
