What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and inspire multi-skilled teams across production planning, workshops, assembly, fleet, and yard operations.

  • Champion world-class Health & Safety standards, embedding a culture of "safety first."

  • Ensure every piece of equipment is delivered Right First Time and On Time In Full.

  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation across processes, people, and systems.

  • Own quality investigations, embedding a root-cause mindset and raising standards across the board.

  • Build capability within your team through coaching, mentoring, and clear performance management.

  • Collaborate closely with peers to ensure seamless service delivery to clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Contribute to business growth by managing resources, controlling costs, and making smart CAPEX decisions.

Profile



What We're Looking For

  • Strong track record in engineering or capital equipment manufacturing operations.

  • A natural leader with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams.

  • Solid technical knowledge of mechanical assembly and/or workshop processes.

  • Deep understanding of Health, Safety, and Quality (ISO9001:2015 desirable).

  • Experience of Lean tools and methodologies (Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.).

  • Commercially astute with the confidence to influence and drive change.

  • Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering/Manufacturing preferred.

  • NEBOSH/IOSH qualification an advantage.
