This thriving South Wales manufacturer has an enviable reputation for the manufacture and supply of high tech components for a varied and prestigious customer base. They are looking to recruit a Sales & Marketing Assistant to support the day-to-day sales activity, helping to drive new business, strengthen customer relationships, and keep their marketing efforts on track.
Role & Responsibilities:
o Help plan and execute marketing campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones
o Assist the Sales team in prospecting, lead follow-up, and pipeline co-ordination
o Assist in developing presentations and proposals tailored to specific customers, creating email campaigns, website updates and social media posts etc
o Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities
o Support the organisation and execution of trade shows, events and conferences
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
o Ideally Degree Qualified in Marketing, Communications, Business or related
o Ideally 2-3 years experience in a Sales support / Marketing function
o Skilled in the creation of email campaigns, website updates and social media posts
