We are looking for a dedicated and skilled ALN Primary Teacher to join a cluster of forward-thinking primary schools across Newport. These schools are recognised for their inclusive practice and strong leadership, providing nurturing environments tailored to meet the complex needs of their pupils.
This role offers both full-time positions (8:30 AM – 3:30 PM) and flexible part-time options to fit your lifestyle.
Requirements
The ideal ALN Primary Teacher will have:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in primary education
• Experience working with pupils with SEMH needs and PMLD
• A strong understanding of how to deliver personalised learning plans
• The ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse needs
• Excellent behaviour management skills and a compassionate approach
• A commitment to collaborating closely with school teams and families
