Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise lessons across a range of subjects in the absence of the class teacher.

  • Ensure students follow the work set in accordance with school policies.

  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting a positive and safe learning environment.

  • Provide feedback to teachers regarding student progress and behaviour.

  • Support the wider school community as required (e.g., exam invigilation, mentoring, or small group work).
