Involve Recruitment are in search for an experienced stand alone Quantity Surveyor for our client a construction subcontractor specialising in retail.
This role offers a competitive salary and negotiable package based on experience and expertise.
Experience in fast track retail especially Tesco's would be advantageous and domestic maintenance and housing experience would be a added bonus.
Duties include preparing detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labour, and overheads, monitoring project budgets and expenditures to ensure adherence to financial plans amongst other general Quantity Surveying responsibilities.
This is an in person role with the expectation being office based with occasional site visits.
Candidate must be qualified in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management or qualified by experience.
