Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of Product Development projects - specifically launching new products either manufactured within the business or partnered with key suppliers.
- Coordinate internal teams across multiple departments and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
- Own the relationships with 3rd party product suppliers where relevant.
- Identify and mitigate risks to prevent delays or budget overruns.
- Monitor progress, evaluate performance, and ensure quality standards are met.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders and provide project updates.
- Utilise project management methodologies to clearly communicate objectives and responsibilities and help drive efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Project Management.
- Experience in a Manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Experience in launching new products and product development
- Experience in managing supplier relationships
