What You'll Be Doing

As our Business Development Manager, you wont just be part of the sales process youll lead it. You'll take full ownership of identifying, pursuing, and closing new Air & Ocean Import & Export business opportunities across the UK and internationally.

You will:

Generate and convert leads into new revenue streams

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline in line with targets

Develop tailored freight solutions for clients, working closely with our operations team

Deliver exceptional service throughout the sales cycle to build and maintain long-term client relationships

Be a trusted advisor, bringing industry insight and commercial awareness to every interaction
