My client is a forward-thinking provider of Print, IT, and Communication solutions and theyre growing. With a friendly, supportive team culture and big ambitions, theyre now looking for a motivated, people-focused Telesales Business Development Manager to help take their growth to the next level.

A bit about the role as thisisnt your average telesales job.

As a BDM, your main goal is to open doors. Youll be reaching out to potential business clients, getting to know their needs, and setting up appointments for the Account Managers to follow up on. Its about building rapport, being proactive, and staying motivated.

Youll be making 80+ calls a day, supported by email and social media outreach, and aiming to book 10 or more solid appointments a week. Its fast-paced, but the right person will thrive in this kind of environment especially with the support this team offers.
