We are currently Recruiting for a Senior Children's Residential Support Worker, this is to work in a home for children and young people with Challenging Behaviour in Newport.

The home is run by a fantastic organisation with a clear vision for the young people in their care, transparent plans for progression and professional development for all members of staff. As Senior Children's Residential Support Worker you will be working closely with the Deputy Manager to support your development

What The Post Requires

  • A minimum of 2 years experience working with children and young people in Residential Childcare
  • At least 1 years supervisory experience with Staff in a Children's Home

  • Extensive knowledge around working with children and young people with Challenging Behaviour
