What You’ll Be Doing:Join our team as a Social Worker and play a key role in improving the lives of children and families. In this role, you will:• perform comprehensive assessments for children and families• carry out court work including reports and care proceedings• manage complex caseloads within statutory guidelines• work closely with multi-agency professionals to provide safeguarding and care plans• maintain detailed and timely records in line with local authority standards
Requirements & Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:• a current and valid Social Work England registration• significant experience in court work within children's services• excellent risk assessment and safeguarding knowledge• strong communication and interpersonal skills• the ability to work independently and under pressure
Working Hours & Contract Duration:This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday. The contract is for 3 months with the potential to extend depending on performance and service needs.
