Are you passionate about helping young people build confidence, gain qualifications, and take their next steps into work or further training?
A well-established training provider is seeking a Youth Tutor to deliver engaging sessions, mentor learners, and support their development through the Jobs Growth Wales Plus (JGW+) programme.



Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver creative, learner-focused training sessions
  • Support young people through their individual learning journeys
  • Help learners achieve qualifications and progress into employment or further education
  • Plan lessons and provide meaningful feedback
  • Work within the Jobs Growth Wales Plus (JGW+) framework


What You'll Need

  • Experience working with young people, especially NEET learners
  • Background in tutoring, training, or mentoring
  • Minimum Level 3 qualification (or equivalent)
  • GCSEs in Maths & English (Grade C / Level 5 or above)
  • Ability to engage, motivate and support learners
