Scaffolder - Newquay, Cornwall

Construction - Commercial new build

A great opportunity to start a temporary scaffolder position in Newquay, Cornwall.

You will be working for a northern based private developer that have delivered a variety of projects around united kingdom over the past 20 years. The nature of this job will be the construction of a new apartment block.

 

Working hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm 

 

Day to day:

Erect scaffold structure

Guard rails 

Safety netting

Scaffold decking

Working with tools

Maintain a clear and safe working environment 

Moving materials

Follow RAMS and site safey

Report any problems

 

Requirements:

CSCS card is essential

NVQ 2 or above

CISRS accredited 

Rope access (Not essential)

Good work ethic

A level of fitness will be needed in this physically demanding role

Driving licence is not essential but will be an advantage

Good timekeeping, punctual
