A fast-growing, privately-owned B2B products business is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to lead its commercial strategy and sales function on its next stage of growth.

This is a pivotal leadership role, reporting directly to the Managing Director and working closely with the senior leadership team. You'll have the freedom to shape the commercial strategy, implement structure and rigour, and lead a young and ambitious sales team across customer service, account management, new business, and field sales.

The Opportunity
- Take full ownership of sales leadership-bringing focus, challenge, and motivation to a growing team.
- Define and implement a sales strategy to deliver ambitious levels of growth.
- Redefine pricing strategy to drive profitability and competitiveness.
- Develop and execute the commercial roadmap-identifying target markets, deepening customer penetration, and driving larger, more technical sales opportunities.
- Empower a young team to be bold, agile, and confident in decision-making.
- Work alongside a supportive leadership team in a business that has grown rapidly over the past 10 years and is now primed for its next growth phase.

The Person
- Proven experience leading B2B sales growth journeys in sectors such as FMCG, consumables, or industrial supply.
- Strong track record in shaping sales strategy and driving results.
- Commercial acumen, particularly around pricing models.
- Natural leader with warmth, EQ, and self-awareness-the ability to motivate and develop people at all levels.
- Balanced skillset: sales strategist and sales leader, equally comfortable in the boardroom and in the detail with the team.
