Are you a Quality Assurance Technician or similar from a Food Manufacturing background, looking for a part-time role in a well-established Seafood business, where you will have the autonomy and flexibility to choose your own working hours?

You will play an integral role in monitoring and inspecting the quality of seafood products, whilst managing internal audits, quality systems and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). This role is between 20 - 25 hours per week and can be flexible on times and days worked.

This company are a Northern Ireland-based seafood processing company supplying a broad range of live, chilled, frozen, and cooked shellfish and fish products for global markets.

This role would suit a Quality Assurance Technician or similar from a Food Manufacturing background looking for a stable, part-time role with great work life balance.

The Role

• Monitor and inspect the quality of seafood products.
• Ensure compliance with quality management systems and GMP.
• Conduct quality audits and maintain detailed quality records.
• Continuously improve quality procedures
• Part-time, 20 - 25 hours per week, flexible timing
