We are now seeking a passionate and results-driven Food and Beverage Manager to lead our talented team and elevate our dining operations to even greater heights.

Role Overview

The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for the overall management and performance of all food and beverage outlets within the hotel. You will ensure the highest standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction while maintaining financial performance and team development.

This role is suited to an experienced, hands-on F&B professional with a strong background in both fine dining and more casual yet high-quality food and beverage offerings. 路 A great opportunity for someone with ambition and the drive to step up from an Assistant Manager position into a full management role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the daily operations of the 2 Rosette restaurant, award-winning bistro, and bar.
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences across all outlets through consistent service excellence.
  • Drive F&B sales and profitability by managing budgets, forecasting, and controlling costs.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and culinary team on menu development, presentation, and innovation.
  • Recruit, train, inspire, and manage a dynamic front-of-house team.
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures and health & safety regulations.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to service delivery.
  • Manage stock control, ordering, supplier relationships, and inventory.
  • Work closely with the Events and Sales teams to deliver memorable private dining, events, and weddings.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or similar senior role in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with a hands-on, service-led approach
  • In-depth knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and hospitality trends
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • NVQ Level 3 in Hospitality Management is desirable.
  • GCSEs including Maths and English are required.
  • 路Food Hygiene Certificate and allergen knowledge are essential.
  • 路WSET Level 1 in Wines is desirable.
  • Financially astute with experience managing budgets, labour forecasts and driving revenue.
  • A passion for delivering world-class hospitality and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
  • Personal Licence (desirable) and strong knowledge of licensing and health & safety regulations.
