Job Title: Parcel Operative (Afternoon/Evening Shift)
Location: TQ12
Hours: Monday to Friday, 14:00 – 00:30
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, Ongoing
Job Overview:
A busy parcel distribution site in (TQ12 ) is currently recruiting for Parcel Operatives to join the afternoon/evening shift. This is a physically active role, ideal for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload parcels from delivery vehicles
- Scan and sort parcels ready for dispatch
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all site health & safety procedures
- Operate a forklift truck (if licence is held)
Requirements:
- Must have your own transport (no public transport available for shift times)
- Physically fit and able to handle repetitive lifting
- Reliable with good attention to detail
- Valid FLT licence is desirable (training not provided)
- Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Consistent punctuality and strong work ethic
