Working Hours: Mon-Thu 09:00-17:00, Fri 09:00-16:00 (34 hours/week)

This is an incredible opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive attitude to thrive in a busy office environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for a small group of secondary suppliers.
  • Raise quotes, sales orders, and supplier purchase orders.
  • Communicate goods readiness and coordinate collection from suppliers.
  • Take and process parts orders from customers and dealers.
  • Handle incoming calls and assist with customer queries.
  • Help manage stock levels and report shortages.
  • Monitor sales margins and update related spreadsheets.
  • Agree on and monitor payment terms, including taking card payments.
  • Perform general admin duties such as filing, scanning, and in-house sales cover.
