At Teign Housing, were passionate about giving our residents the best possible homes. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in analysing business processes, identifying business needs and proposing solutions to help us transform the customer experience for our residents.

In this key position, you will transform our customers experience as you introduce innovative approaches and solutions across the organisation and break down barriers to progress. You will carefully scope out projects and assess budgets, timescales and complexities to ensure we move forward with minimal service disruption, requiring exceptional vision and expertise in project methodologies such as Lean Systems Thinking and PRINCE2.

An experienced and capable project manager, you will bring a deep understanding of how to address technology and business challenges to deliver continual improvement. A background within a portfolio or programme management function is essential, alongside strong investigation and analysis skills, and you will ideally hold BCS business analysis certification and bring some exposure to a regulatory environment such as social housing.

You will work alongside IT colleagues, data analysts and other key business stakeholders. Your communication and influencing skills will be key to helping us analyse our business requirements from end users to gaining buy-in to change and delivery of projects.

Above all, you will be an expert in process mapping, with a proven ability to challenge existing ways of working and deliver blue-sky thinking that can enhance our customer experience.
