The role involves leading the company's outbound lead generation strategy, managing and coaching a team of prospecting specialists, and driving performance through data-led campaigns. It includes designing and overseeing outbound calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach, maintaining CRM accuracy, and ensuring smooth lead handovers to Sales. You will report directly to the Commercial Director and will be expected to maintain excellent efficiency throughout your role.

The Role:
*Lead and execute the company's outbound lead generation strategy.
*Manage, coach, and develop a team of prospecting specialists.
*Oversee outbound campaigns across calls, emails, and LinkedIn to drive results.
*Report to the Commercial Director while ensuring high efficiency and CRM accuracy.
The Candidate:
*Proven experience in a Sales background
*Comfortable with speaking with people on the phone on a daily basis
