About the Role:
As a CNC Lathe Operator, you will:
- Operate DMG lathe machines with precision and efficiency.
- Read and accurately interpret engineering documentation.
- Optimize production techniques to maximize efficiency and output.
- Make adjustments and troubleshoot CNC programs when necessary.
- Occasionally support CNC milling on Hurco machines as required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in CNC Lathe Operations: Previous experience is highly valued, but if you are technically inclined and passionate about engineering, we want to hear from you!
- Engineering Talent: Whether you’re an experienced professional or have a natural aptitude for engineering, your enthusiasm and commitment are what count.
- Mathematical and Technical Skills: A good head for numbers and the ability to understand technical drawings will be a strong advantage.
- Computer Literacy: Basic IT skills are essential.
