Our client, based in Newton Abbot, Devon, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager for an initial 6-month contract. This is a key role within the business, managing a small finance team and ensuring the smooth delivery of all financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing the output and performance of the finance team
Preparation of management accounts
Handling all aspects of taxation
Managing working capital and cash flow
Maintaining and improving finance systems and internal controls
Leading and supporting team members
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Proven experience in a similar Finance Manager or senior finance role
Strong leadership and team management skills
The ability to hit the ground running and start immediately
This is a full-time, office-based position offering a salary of up to £45,000 per annum.
