Job Overview
Big Ant is delighted to be working with a local who have been involved in site investigation since 1989, they are a family run company with three generations of drilling experience . We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and be proficient in various office software applications. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing support to our team members.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including data entry and clerical duties.
  • Maintain accurate records and contracts, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone communication.
  • Support in invoicing and tac queries.
  • Managing the incoming bookings and log them and allocate out.
  • Ensure the office environment is well-organised and efficient, managing supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and workflows.

Experience

  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with basic clerical procedures and office management practices is advantageous.

This role is for 5 days a week based at their office in Dainton ideal hours would be 9am-3pm or 9.30-3.pm but can be a flexible.

Salary is pro rata for 25 hrs a week.
